This “Premium Summar Dhamaka” promotion will commence at 00:00:01 AM Indian Standard Time (“IST”) on 1^th May 2024 (“Start Date”) and will continue until 14^th June 2024 at 11:59:59 PM IST (“End Date)

• For Cashback Prizes: Cashbacks are there starting 00:00:01 AM on 1^th May 2024 to 11:59:59 PM on 14^th June 2024
• For Gold Voucher Prize: 22^nd May till 14^th of June
• For Mobile Phone Prize: 22^nd May till 14^th of June
• For Electric bike Prize: Entries will be chosen at end of the promo and winners to be announced at the end of the Promo.

This Campaign is applicable for the sale of 300ml Cans/350ml cans of beverages, which encompass sparkling beverages, packaged drinking water, fruit-based drinks prepared from beverage base and concentrate syrups, under various trademarks including Diet Coke, , Fanta, Coca-Cola, Thums Up, Limca, and Sprite, , Monster TM, Predator, Schweppes Tonic water, Schweppes Ginger Ale, Schweppes Soda Water, Schweppes Mint Mojito, Schweppes Bitter Lemon, Smart water, and any other trademark/s under which these beverages might be supplied over time. These products are collectively referred to as "Products" within the scope of this Campaign.

• To participate in this Campaign, the Participant will have to purchase cases of any of the above Products from an authorized HCCB distributor partner.
• Then visit summerdhamaka.com.
• Sign up with a registered mobile number to receive OTP. Enter OTP and submit your details.
• For Retailers and Spoke: On purchase of every 1 case of the above Products, one digital scratch card will be unlocked.
• After Product’s delivery, scratch cards will be unlocked on the Website- summerdhamaka.com ("Website”). The Participant must enter HCCB registered Mobile No and perform OTP verification on the Website. The unlocked scratch card will be then visible on the Website. The Participant must scratch the card and win the eligible prizes.
• Participants can win any number of scratch cards based on the number of cases purchased but redemption is capped at INR 5,000 for Retailers and INR 10,000 Spoke during the Campaign Period.
• Winners of Daily and Bumper prizes will need to share address and documentation as mentioned under the prizes.

The Participant can register on the website and claim gifts/prizes using their registered mobile number, as updated on HCCB’s system. In case of any issues pertaining to registered mobile numbers, the Participant should reach out to their local HCCB sales representative.

• Cashback- All eligible Participants across the Territory shall stand a chance to win digital money cashback of minimum of Rs. 25 or Rs. 50 against each scratch card. Only 10 scratch cards can be redeemed per day. A slogan contest for Tamil Nadu will be run where the Participants are required to share a slogan to be eligible for the Campaign and redeem digital scratch card worth INR 25 for Retailers and for Spokes.
• Hourly Prizes- Gold voucher worth Rs. 6,000 each and a total of 152 number of lucky winners from the pool of Participants who have redeemed a scratch card stand a chance to win Gold Vouchers. 8 Participants from Tamil Nadu will be chosen based on slogan entered during the contest period.
• Daily Prize- A total of 19 lucky winners from the pool of eligible Participants shall win Mobile Phones. 1 Participants from Tamil Nadu will be chosen based on slogan entered during the contest period.
• Bumper Prize- Electric bike up to INR 1,75,000 (ex-showroom price) and a maximum 6 Participants from Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala, Odisha, Jharkhand, and Telangana of India will be chosen through a randomized and audited lucky draw. 1 Participants from Tamil Nadu will be chosen based on slogan entered during the contest period.

Any participant can win as per below:

• Digital Money Cashback Vouchers- A Participant can participate multiple times during the Campaign Period based on their sale.
• Daily Prize- A participant will be eligible to win a Mobile phone voucher only once during the Campaign Period.
• Hourly Prize- A participant shall be eligible to win a Gold voucher only once during the Campaign Period.
• Bumper Prize- A maximum of one Bumper Prize (Bike) from a mobile number, Address, PAN Card.

• For redeeming cashback UPI registration is mandatory and user must provide valid UPI ID and unique code.
• For Hourly Prize – Winners will receive it via SMS or email on their registered details.
• For Daily and Bumper Prizes - Winners will be contacted and asked to share their necessary documents and address for the delivery of the prize.

• The last day to claim the cashback reward is 14/06/2024. In case the participant fails to claim the cashback prize, the entry will stand forfeited after the said date.
• The winners of the bumper prize will be required to claim their prize within 7 days from the date of receiving the Winning notification. In case the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days, his/her entry will stand forfeited, and an alternate winner shall be declared. The same process will be followed up to two times during the contest period.

• Yes, the gift tax applicable on cumulative prize winnings above Rs. 10,000 will be borne by the winner.
• Once participants reach INR 5000 in accumulated prizes, they will need to share their PAN card in order to continue participating in the program.
